1.Unwind and rewind unit adopt turning frame ,air shaft for loading ,pre-driving of waiting  roller before roll exchange and web splicing without stop exchange.

2. Tension control sysytem:PLC+seven sets of vector frequency inverter motor+dancing roller device  four stage tension :unwind ,infeed ,outfeed,rewind.

3. Parameters and machine running condition are displayed by touch screen  ,preheating device is attached before printing ,shaft less cylinder for rapid pate cylinder exchange
